Delivery time
Some of our personalized products take a few days to make. While adding your product in the cart you can choose a time schedule for delivery. When we send out your product you will automaticly receive an e-mail and Track & Trace code.

You receive all your invoices by e-mail. If you lost your invoice no problem! Login to your account and at orders see the button invoice.

Guarantee can only be given on non-personalized products and with normal use of the product.

The guarantee period is two years after purchase of the product. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact customer service and have your order number and address at hand.

If you received the product and you are not satisfied, you have the right to return the product up to 14 days after receiving of the goods. Your purchase amount will then be refunded to your account within two weeks.
