When can I expect my order?

Of course we do everything we can to send your order as soon as possible.

Because we first have to make your order, we need two working days before we can send your shipment.
*PostNL packages : No delivery on Sunday

As soon as your package leaves our factory, you will receive an email about this. in this e-mail is an track & trace code to follow your package through this route until receipt.

*Pay attention! During promotions, special days & sales, shipping may take longer.

Do i have to pay for delivery?

We offer the following options:

Local pick-up ( Bergeijk, Netherlands )

PostNL package €6.75

Orders outside the Netherlands
The shipping costs for a destination outside the Netherlands may differ and differ per location. These are automatically calculated in the ordering process.

Can i follow my order?

Yes you can, after sending you will receive an e-mail with the Track & Trace code.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, our system can no longer make changes to orders once they have been placed. We would therefore like to emphasize that you always check whether you have entered the correct personal details before you finalize your order. Do you have any questions about this? Please contact customer service and have your order number and address at hand.

My package has not yet been delivered, what now?

It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We therefore advise you to first check the track & trace code. This indicates the status of the delivery.
